Would absolutely love to see a playlist of safety tips. Wheen maintenance to spees tier gear to how to eat shit when we do fall. Have been lucky so far, but only at 400km with the first wheel. I think the worst one was thinking a curb was cut out when it was not. Was not going fast so just sorta walked forward a couple steps in confusion.

This race was cool, but I think it would be better as a 20-mile road race. The riders lose a lot of momentum when they make so many turns. Imagine if they built EUCs that go to 80 to 100 miles per hour, and you see these guys levitating down the road at those speeds. It would be a spectacle that would draw lots of attention and probably sponsorship.

Took me 3 days of 30 minits on a lynx to learn to ride euc. Dont discourage others from getting this as a first wheel... It's GREAT.

Thanks bro. Just messed up my shoulder off-roading on the Lynx. I need something to completely protect my shoulders as they've been beat up over the years. Any recommendations on the best shoulder protection? My supraspinatus myscle is bruised/sprained which means 8 months+ of healing/rehab. Are your recommendations the gold standard for shoulder protection?

might be a weird question, but if you wear the knee guards under your jeans, which are most comfortable to Sit down in? ( rally adv rider here, i tend to have stretches where i just sit on the bike )

You said at the beginning that you’d had no cutouts with the wheel….until you tried to dig a hole with it on a beach…. Actually, I don’t really see that as an issue.. no one is going to do that in the real world. And another point on the beach scene..a wheel with a bigger diameter wheel..20” for example..isn’t going to dig holes in the sand as easily as a smaller 16” wheel.. Regarding the pedal softness effecting the available speed….Your wheel was a pre production wheel wasn’t it? Do the newer production wheels do the same? It would be good to hear some feedback on that. 👍

Knowing you felt like quitting because your legs were so sore was really helpful. Being 62 and starting out on a Lynx is HARD, but I’m making slow progress. After 3 days of working on dirt and grass, I moved to pavement and did my first hands-free rolling starts. Still can’t skate very well, but I’m keeping after it. Anyway, again, thanks for the video. It really, really is helping me!

I wasnt sure if i missed something, but i remeber yall mentioning the V14 may be a better race wheel then the lynx.(due to bottem end torque) What was the deciding factors why yall chose to go with the lynx instead?
